At Aureum Label, every piece is crafted and packaged with care. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Include all original tags, pouches, or boxes

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Please note:
For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized/custom-made jewelry are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at john@aureumlabel.co.ukwith your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send your items back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to process unauthorized returns.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Need a different item? We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same product in another size, color, or style (if available).

6. Final Sale Items

All items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or purchased during special promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
